Window Peeper AI With Your Dog or Cat

The pet version of the burger window trend from one photo: your dog or cat at the table with the burger in its paws, the stare and the curtain. Photo tips, what to expect and how to post it.

Last updated: 2026-10-24

Yes, you can do the Window Peeper trend with your pet: one clear photo of your dog or cat makes it the one caught in the window, sitting upright at the table with the burger in its paws, freezing mid-bite and staring into the lens before the curtain closes. You get a vertical 720p MP4 with no watermark, 6, 10 or 15 seconds long for 6, 13 or 20 credits, and every video needs a paid credit pack (Single is $9.90 for 20 credits; there are no free videos).

These clips are creators’ TikTok posts, credited to them: the person version of the trend, then two takes by @justabulldog with a bulldog in the window. None of them was made on this site.

What the Window Peeper Pet Version Looks Like

It’s the same scene as the person version, with your pet as the main character:

  1. The night zoom. A dark apartment block across the street, one lit window, and the camera slowly pushing in toward it.
  2. The secret burger. Your pet sits upright at a small table like a person, holding a big burger in its front paws and taking a bite.
  3. Caught. It notices the camera and freezes mid-chew.
  4. The stare. It looks straight into the lens and doesn’t move. This is the longest beat, and it’s the whole joke.
  5. The curtain. The burger goes down, your pet gets up and the curtain swishes shut.

All three lengths contain this whole sequence. The 6-second and 10-second videos give each beat less time; the 15-second one is the longest, close to the original template’s 14 seconds, and gives each beat the most time. There’s no speech and no on-screen text.

The generator always makes this same night burger-window scene. You can’t choose the room, the food or what your pet does; you choose the photo and the length.

Which Pet Photos Work Best

  • One pet per photo. A single dog or cat is clearly the one who should sit at the table. Group shots, two pets on a sofa or you holding your cat make that unclear.
  • Facing the camera. The stare is the punchline, so a photo where your pet looks toward the lens gives it the most punch.
  • Good light. A well-lit photo where the face, eyes and fur are easy to see works better than a dark or blurry one.
  • The whole head in the frame. Don’t crop off ears or the top of the head; the photo is what the AI goes on for your pet’s face and fur.
  • The original photo, not a screenshot. Screenshots with another app’s watermark are refused by the content check.
  • The right file. A JPG, PNG or WebP of up to 10 MB.

Dogs or Cats: Does It Matter?

Both work the same way. A dog photo and a cat photo go through the same scene, cost the same credits and follow the same photo advice: the AI sits your pet upright at the table with the burger in its paws, whichever animal it is. The pet clips shown above happen to be a bulldog, but a cat goes through exactly the same steps. We don’t promise that any breed, size or coat comes out better than another; a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo of one pet is what helps most.

What to Expect From an AI Pet Video

  • Every render is a little different. It’s AI, so the likeness, the paws, the timing of each beat, the room details and the sound won’t be identical every time, even with the same photo.
  • Paws and timing can vary. How your pet holds the burger, and exactly when it bites, freezes and gets up, can change from one render to the next.
  • The room is generated, not copied. The window and the room are made fresh from a written description of the night scene, and the model sometimes keeps parts of your photo’s own look. Your video won’t be an exact copy of the original window.
  • It takes a few minutes. Expect about 2 minutes for 6 seconds, about 3 minutes for 10 seconds and about 4 minutes for 15 seconds. Those are estimates; a render can take longer when the queue is busy. You can leave the page, because the video is saved to your account.
  • A failed render costs nothing. It’s retried once automatically for free, and if it fails again your credits are refunded automatically.

What About the Sound?

Your pet’s video comes with AI-made sound: quiet night city ambience, chewing and a paper-bag rustle, a low music sting when your pet notices the camera, and the curtain swish, with no speech or lyrics. It isn’t the trend’s TikTok sound, which is labelled “original sound – rodentspawn”. If you want that one, add it from TikTok’s sound library when you post, and turn your video’s own sound down in TikTok’s volume settings if you only want the trend sound.

How to Make and Post a Window Peeper Video With Your Dog or Cat

  1. Upload the photo. Sign in with Google and upload your pet’s photo in the generator on the homepage.
  2. Pick a length. 6 seconds costs 6 credits, 10 seconds costs 13 and 15 seconds costs 20. Confirm the photo shows your pet and start the render.
  3. Download or share. Download the MP4, or tap “Share to TikTok”: the caption is copied and your device’s share menu opens with the video, so you pick TikTok and check the post there. Nothing is posted for you. If your device can’t share files, you’re asked to download the MP4 and upload it on TikTok, with the caption ready to paste.
  4. Post it like the trend. Add the trend sound, use #windowpeeper #windowpeeperfilter #windowpeepertrend #windowpeeperai, turn on TikTok’s AI-generated content label, and keep the curtain at the end.

Pet FAQ

Can I put two pets in one photo?

One pet per photo works best. With two pets, or a pet and a person, it’s unclear who should sit at the table. To star both, make two videos with one photo each.

Does a pet video cost the same as a person video?

Yes, the credits are the same: 6 for 6 seconds, 13 for 10 seconds and 20 for 15 seconds. Packs are Single at $9.90 for 20 credits, Trio at $19.90 for 60 and Crew at $29.90 for 100, all one-time payments with credits that never expire.

What if my pet’s video fails?

A failed render is retried once automatically for free. If it fails again, the credits go back to your balance automatically. Photos refused by the content check, such as screenshots with another app’s watermark, aren’t retried, but those credits come back too.

What if I don’t like how my pet turned out?

Email [email protected] and tell us which video it is: we’ll refund your payment in money, not as credits (see the refund policy).

Is my pet’s photo kept?

Your photo is used only to make your video. It goes to our AI video provider for that render, and the provider doesn’t keep it. Email [email protected] at any time to have your photos and videos deleted.
