The rules for using Window Peeper AI: who can use it, which photos you may upload, credits, refunds and our responsibilities.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Window Peeper AI at https://window-peeper.com. By using the site you agree to them.

The Service

Window Peeper AI lets you upload one photo and generate a short AI video in the style of the Window Peeper trend. It is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, CapCut, Instagram, Meta, the brand behind the original AI ad, its creator or the creators whose clips are shown on the site.

Who Can Use It

You must be 18 or older to use Window Peeper AI. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for everything done with your account.

Photos You Upload

  • You must own every photo you upload or have the right to use it.
  • If a photo shows another person, you must have their consent to put them in a video.
  • You may not upload photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone under 18.
  • You may not upload nudity or content that is hateful or harassing, or use the site to harass anyone.

We may refuse any photo that breaks these rules, and we may block generations or suspend accounts that keep breaking them.

Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in your photos. You allow us to store and process them only to make and deliver your video. You may use the videos you make, including posting them on social media, as long as you respect these Terms and other people’s rights. When you post a video made here, label it as AI-generated.

AI Results

Results are generated by AI and vary from video to video. The scene is generated rather than copied from the original clip, so we don’t promise an exact copy of the original window or room. Please watch your video before you share it.

Credits and Payments

  • Making a video uses credits. Credits are bought in one-time packs, shown with their price before you pay, and they never expire.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refund Policy

  • If a render fails, it is retried once automatically. If it fails again, the credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
  • If the content check refuses your photo, it isn’t retried, and the credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
  • If you’re not happy with a finished video, email [email protected] and tell us which video it is and the email address you sign in with. We refund your payment in money through Stripe, to the card or payment method you paid with, not as credits.
  • Stripe refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

The Service Is Provided As Is

Window Peeper AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
