Information We Collect

1. Account information. You sign in with Google. From Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
2. Photos you upload. The photo you provide so we can make your video, including the face or pet shown in it.
3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you and details such as their status and creation time.
4. Payment information. Which pack you bought, the order and its payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
5. Usage information. How the site is used, collected with Google Analytics, such as pages visited, the type of device and browser, and where you first came from.
6. Messages you send us. The emails you send to support and our replies.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to sign you in, make and deliver the videos you ask for, keep your credits and purchases in order, answer support requests, prevent abuse and keep the site working. Your uploaded photo is used only to make your video. We do not sell your personal data.

Your Photos and Videos

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored so we can make your video and deliver it to you, and so you can watch and download it from your account. To make the video, your photo is sent to an AI video provider; it is used only for that purpose and the provider does not keep your photos. You can ask us to delete your photos and videos at any time by emailing [email protected].

Who We Share Information With

• Google for sign-in and, through Google Analytics, for understanding how the site is used.
• Stripe for processing payments.
• Our AI video provider to generate your video from your photo.
• Hosting and storage providers that run the site and store your files for us.

Each receives only what it needs to do its job for us.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your language, and to remember where you first came from when you visited the site. Google Analytics also uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you may then need to sign in again.

Age

Window Peeper AI is for people aged 18 or older. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, such as objecting to certain processing or receiving a copy of your data.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
